We are located on the campus of CentraState Medical Center in the Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus - behind the Wellness and Fitness Center in the back.

You will see a parking lot and our building is on the corner – Medical Building B.  Please take the elevator to the 3rd floor, follow the hallway to the end and we are the last door on the left. 

 

Directions to the Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus

From the East: 

• Take Business Route 33 to Route 537 in Freehold.

• Make a left at light onto 537 West.

• Proceed on 537 West for about 1.8 miles.

• The Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus will be on your right, just after CentraState Medical Center. 

 

From Ocean County and South Jersey: 

• Take Route 9 North into Freehold.

• Take the West Main Street/Route 537 exit.

• Turn left and proceed west on 537.

• Continue straight for approximately 1.8 miles.

• The Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus will be on your right, just after CentraState Medical Center.

 

From Northern Jersey/New York: 

• Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 123 (Route 9 South). 

• Take Route 9 South past Freehold Raceway to the West Main Street/Route 537 Exit ramp. 

• Turn right onto Route 537 West.

• Continue straight for approximately 1.8 miles. 

• The Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus will be on your right, just after CentraState Medical Center. 

 

From New Brunswick Area and Northwest: 

• Take Route 18 East to Route 9 South, proceed as above
